Between Classes

Today was a good day, lunch with family and had three of my four children in the studio and helping out. Mind you the littlest two were a bit of a handful but their little hearts were in the right place. They helped wipe red-iron-oxide off the pots and even poured glaze in the bowls going in today.

While I was there I threw three pots, a vase and two mugs. Got 'em under the fan and drying so I could finish them today, it seems to work out better for me when I do that. Only one mishap, one rim was a little wonky so when I put it on the giffen grip it was a tad off center. Centered it as much as possible, but it decided to take flight causing bad things to issue forth from my mouth ... lol yes, indeed they did.

All in all, two out of thee ain't bad for a couple hours work. Recieved some kiln gifts today as well but those are a seperate post, tomorrow -er later today. Stay tuned, same bat time - same bat channel.
